These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and Gempa99 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the website located at gempa99.cam and all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotions, and payment processing facilities accessible thereunder (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 4 below.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a single stake placed by a Player on any available sports betting market or casino game outcome on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using accepted payment methods, excluding bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "Platform" means the gempa99.cam website and all associated services, games, and tools operated by Gempa99.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling and sports betting on the Gempa99 Platform is 21 years old. Gempa99 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of Gempa99 or any of its affiliated entities, partner studios, or software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from the Platform or any sister platform operated by Gempa99's affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must register and maintain only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to claiming duplicate bonuses, is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile telephone number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for any resulting transactions.

• You agree to notify Gempa99's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Gempa99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, or source of funds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Account closure may be requested by the Player at any time by contacting the support team. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Gempa99 may suspend or terminate an Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

Gempa99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit RM 30.
• Bank Transfer / FPX: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank — minimum deposit RM 50.
• DuitNow: Instant QR-based transfers from all participating Malaysian banks — minimum deposit RM 30.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC) — minimum deposit equivalent to MYR 30 at the time of transaction. A 2% crypto deposit bonus, up to MYR 688, applies to qualifying transactions.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Gempa99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges, for which Gempa99 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Gempa99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processing timeframes:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds until satisfactory documentation is submitted and reviewed.
• All wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds in your Account must be met before the corresponding winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for e-wallets and RM 100 for bank transfers.
• E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval.
• Direct bank transfers are processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes, subject to banking system availability.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as your Gempa99 Account.
• Gempa99 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where a withdrawal is flagged for compliance review.

Gempa99 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified on the relevant promotion page:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players as defined in the specific promotion terms. Promotions may be restricted to Players from specific regions or to Players at specific account tiers.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Gempa99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are fully met, unless the Player chooses to forfeit the bonus manually via account settings.
• Abuse of bonuses, including the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements (such as alternating bets or using arbitrage) may result in the cancellation of the bonus and, in repeated cases, account suspension.
• The cryptocurrency deposit bonus of 2% (up to MYR 688) is subject to the same general bonus conditions as other promotions and carries a standard wagering requirement as stated on the promotion page.

The following general rules govern all bets placed on the Gempa99 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product category and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances expressly permitted under Gempa99's specific sport or game rules.
• Gempa99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, cancelled, or affected by technical error, at any stage before or after the event's completion.
• Odds offered by Gempa99 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds recorded at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. Specific limits are displayed within each market. Gempa99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any Player at its discretion.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the odds displayed on the Platform and the true market odds due to a system error, Gempa99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Mix parlay bets involving Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and other football markets are subject to standard mix parlay rules, including the treatment of void legs as a single reduced-odds accumulator.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over the Operator.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing responsible gambling restrictions.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other material information during registration or at any point during the operation of your Account.
• Exploiting errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes in a manner that is clearly not in keeping with normal fair play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Gempa99 staff, support agents, or other Platform users in any communication channel.

Gempa99 reserves the right to immediately suspend access, freeze funds, void bets, and report suspected misconduct to relevant authorities where any of the above conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

All content on the Gempa99 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "Gempa99", the logo, all text, images, graphics, interface designs, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Gempa99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Service.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from Gempa99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gempa99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from system downtime, service interruption, or technical malfunction beyond Gempa99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or any other payment intermediary.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Gempa99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Gempa99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following tools and resources are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Time-based reminders can be configured to notify Players of the duration of their current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

Gempa99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made that affect your rights or obligations as a Player, Gempa99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.

The date of the most recent review of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Gempa99 is licensed and operates. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through Gempa99's internal customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body as designated by Gempa99.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
